DESPL proposes to establish 0.30 million tonne (Mt) gold project near Ganajur Village, Haveri Taluk and  District in the state of Karnataka.  The proposed gold project comprises of  gold ore production from the mine  and processing of gold ore in the processing plant to produce gold.  The gold processing plant will be located at a distance of 1.5 km south of the Ganajur Gold Ore Mine.
