This is to inform you that the Company has entered into an Agreement with Kaizzen PR Services Private Limited for providing Public Relations and Media Advisory Services to the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III- Para A of Part A of the Listing Regulations & SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as ‘Annexure I’.
