We have been intimated by Geomysore that its Jonnagiri Gold Project has received the Consent to Operate (CTO) from the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB).

By way of background, the shareholders may note that a successful public consultation process was held on February 18, 2025 at Jonnagiri, Andhra Pradesh as part of the environmental clearance process for the Plant Component of the Jonnagiri Gold Project. Subsequently, the Plant Component of the Project received Environmental Clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India (“EAC”) during April, 2025 and as per the prescribed procedure, Geomysore had applied for CTO to the APPCB.
