The matter w’as listcd on February 28, 2017 & March 1, 2017 in Court NO.5 before the Bench
comprising Justice Mr Madan B Lokur and Justice Mr Deepak Gupta.
However, our matter did not come up for hearing before the Bench on both the above days since a
lengthy hearing is underway in another matter which is ahead in the list. Our lawyers have been
inforn1ed that the hearing in the other matter ahead of ours is expected to continue atleast till the end
of ne>..’t week. Accordingly, other cases which are lower down the list including our matter will be
taken up only after the hearing noted above is concluded.
