I am pleased to inform you of what we believe to be a positive development regarding our Ganajur Mining Lease. Whilst details are given in the attached Memorandum which covers not only our views on the present ruling but also the background details and related Judgments that support our position on Ganajur ML, we believe that this ruling reinforces the protection of vested rights under Section 10A(2)(b) of the MMDR Act, 1957.

 This is the section of the Act under which the Company maintains that grant of our Ganajur Mining Lease should be upheld.
