Senior Mine Planning Engineer

Role:

President, Exploration & Mining

Bangalore, India (Relocation support available)

~10 years of experience in mine production & mine planning (open cast and underground)
Strong exposure to pit design, life-of-mine scheduling, medium- & short-term planning in gold or base metals
Proficiency in Deswik software suite is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Knowledge of Hindi, Russian, or Portuguese preferred
Willingness to travel extensively across India, Central Asia, Europe & Africa

Support mining and mine development activities
Lead Ore Reserve estimation processes to International Standards (e.g., JORC, NI 43-101)
Drive technical excellence across all aspects of mine planning and operations
Collaborate on consulting projects across geographies
Liaise with all internal & subsidiary stakeholders including project teams, business development, and corporate personnel
