1.1 Key shareholders of Geomysore Services India Private Limited (“GMSI”) viz., Thriveni Earth
Movers Pvt Ltd {“Thriveni’) and Deccan Gold Mines Limited (“DGML”) have infused a total of
INR 70 Cr of Equity Capital into GMSI during the calendar year 2023.
