This is in reference to the letter no. 4/113/2010-MIV dated 24.07.2015 conveying prior approval under section 5(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and letter dated 28.02.2017 conveying prior approval under section 10A(2)(b) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, issued by the Ministry of Mines, for grant of mining lease for gold over 72 acres in favour of M/s Deccan Exploration Services Pvt Ltd.
