Ganajur Gold Project – Update on Issue of Grant Notification Letter / LoI
We are pleased to report that our Ganajur ML application file referred to the Law
Department, Government of Karnataka by the Commerce & Industries Department,
Government of Karnataka (C & I) for an opinion on the application’s compliance with the
Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 (“MMDR”) has now been cleared
by the Additional Secretary and the Special Secretary in the Law Department.
