We write to intimate that the Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 15692 of 2022 in re: State of Karnataka and Another (Petitioner) vs. Indocil Silicons Pvt., Ltd., and Another came up for hearing on May 15, 2023. It may be noted that DESPL had filed an Intervention / Impleadment Application (No. 50253 of 2023) in the aforesaid SLP with the Hon’ble Supreme Court in order to protect its interests and state its case / merits before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
