Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III and other applicable Provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Deccan Gold Mines Limited (‘Company’) at its meeting held today viz. Tuesday August 13, 2024, have inter alia approved the appointment of M/s. GHS Gupta & Co, Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditor of the Company for financial year 2024-25.
